Shaking traders out of their apathy.
Traders pride themselves on making considered decisions. They research, analyse and scrutinise every detail before making a trade. Yet when it comes to their broker, many put up with higher fees, poor service and slower transactions simply because it’s the one they know.
So for Pepperstone, an Australian-born global trading platform challenging the status quo, we turned that contradiction into a brand platform.
Don’t Be Fine With It challenged traders to reconsider the things they’d somehow learned to accept, by putting them in situations nobody should reasonably be fine with.
And what better way to make that point than with a 1980’s John McEnroe.
Then, leveraging Pepperstone’s status as an ATP sponsor, we brought 1980s J-Mac back for a social series where he showed the tennis stars of today what worked in his day.
Turns out, they weren’t fine with it.
And then the follow-up spot.
And some examples of the fully integrated brand platform.
